Language, AI & Strategic Communication
This section brings together selected projects in AI output evaluation, AI-assisted content development, and strategic communication for technology companies.
At Outlier, I evaluated AI-generated outputs with a focus on language, context, quality, and human feedback. At KLOK, working on content for Acıbadem Healthcare Group, I contributed to the editorial development of AI-assisted healthcare content. At Kronnika, I worked on corporate language, content evaluation, and strategic positioning.
Across these projects, I applied an editorial way of thinking to AI, content, and communication processes—transforming complex information into language that is clearer, more reliable, and aligned with its intended purpose.

Kronnika - Strategic Communication, Content Evaluation & Human–AI Collaboration
Company: Kronnika
Industry: Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
Focus: Strategic Communication · Content Evaluation · Human–AI Collaboration
Kronnika is a Türkiye-based technology company providing automation and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions for enterprise and SME clients.
For this project, I evaluated the company’s website, presentations, and external communication materials, developing recommendations for a more coherent content and positioning strategy.
The work sat at the intersection of editorial thinking, technology communication, and human–AI collaboration. Rather than reviewing each piece of content in isolation, I approached the existing materials as parts of a single communication ecosystem. The goal was to help establish a consistent voice across channels while making the relationship between automation technologies and human judgment more visible within the company’s communication.
As an independent strategic communication and content consultant, I conducted an editorial and linguistic evaluation of Kronnika’s marketing and corporate communication materials.
The scope of the project did not include design, software development, or campaign execution. Instead, it focused on content strategy, language, communication structure, and strategic recommendations.
Materials Reviewed
-
Website content
-
Sales presentations
-
Corporate communication materials
-
External communication copy
In addition, I developed recommendations on content structure, narrative flow, tone of voice, and positioning language to make a highly technical B2B service more accessible to different business audiences.
My Approach
I began by reading the existing materials not as individual documents but as parts of an integrated communication system. I examined where the language effectively supported communication and where it introduced unnecessary complexity or slowed understanding.
From there, I evaluated how the company’s value proposition was communicated to different audiences and considered where technical terminology improved clarity — and where it unintentionally created distance.
My approach was fundamentally editorial. I focused on close reading, identifying patterns across documents, examining conceptual consistency, and refining language, structure, and tone. The objective was not simply to improve individual texts, but to help establish a shared communication framework across the company’s materials.
Because the company operates in the automation sector, one question remained central throughout the project:
How can communication make visible the complementary roles of automated systems, human judgment, editorial reasoning, and decision-making rather than presenting them as competing forces?
I approached this not as a technical detail but as an essential part of the company’s value proposition.

Recommendations for making human judgment and editorial evaluation a visible part of technology-focused communication
This project reflects how I bring an editorial and language-centered perspective into technology communication. Identifying where complex or fragmented content creates friction, then developing structural recommendations that make communication clearer, more coherent, and easier to understand, is central to the way I work.
It also reflects a question that shapes much of my current work: How can human judgment, interpretation, and editorial thinking work alongside automation and AI-enabled systems — and how can that relationship be communicated clearly and responsibly?

Outlier Ai
At Outlier, I contributed to international AI projects by evaluating AI-generated content for linguistic accuracy, coherence, contextual relevance, and compliance with project guidelines. I began as a tasker and progressed to a reviewer role based on the quality, consistency, and attention to detail I demonstrated in my work. I was also placed on the waiting list for a Queue Manager position. In addition, I worked on selected special projects within the platform, gaining hands-on experience in AI output quality control, prompt and response evaluation, text improvement, localization, and cultural adaptation. This experience allowed me to combine my editorial background with human feedback and human-in-the-loop AI processes, while developing a deeper understanding of how accuracy, naturalness, context, and cultural sensitivity should be assessed in AI-generated content.

Klok - Ai Assisted Content Editor
At Klok, I used Novus, an AI-powered content creation system, to develop health-focused digital content for Acıbadem Hospital. My role involved translating content briefs and objectives into effective instructions for the AI system, reviewing the generated texts from an editorial perspective, resolving language and clarity issues, and refining the content in line with user needs and SEO requirements. By prioritizing the clarity, reliability, and careful use of language required in healthcare communication, I contributed to making AI-generated content more accurate, accessible, and fit for purpose through human editorial oversight.
